Enterprise Account Executive

Your mission
Our New Business Enterprise Account Team sells to large global organisations in specific sectors clearly defined in our Ideal Client Profile. Leads  come from a mixture of inbound leads and opportunities from marketing, our Sales Development team and your own outbound efforts to a list of agreed prospect companies. 

In this role you will: 

  • Clearly demonstrate the incredible value that our world class solution can bring to your prospect’s business. 
  • Identify your prospects' top strategic objectives, paint a picture of what the future can hold and demonstrate how the SocialTalent platform can help them achieve their business objectives. 
  • You will do this in a very consultative manner and work as a trusted advisor with your prospective client. 
  • Our sales cycle for Enterprise deals is typically 6 months so a key part of this role will be securing the buy-in of a team of typically 5+ executives in areas of the business such as talent acquisition (TA), HR, L&D, Finance, Procurement & Legal. 
  • Work the leads and opportunities that you receive with rigour, enthusiasm and perseverance. 
  • Leads from our marketing team and SDR’s are a bonus and you will be expected to build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and working your network and have experience doing this. 
  • You will leverage our sales process and manage your opportunities through the sales cycle until you have secured your new business contract. Then you will pass your newly won client to our Enterprise Customer Experience team to manage, retain and develop.
Your profile
Here are the must-haves: 

  • Experience selling mainly large enterprise new business deals (six figure value) to sophisticated buying teams
  • You have experience selling to C-Suite and VP Level executives in these large organisations. 
  • International business experience selling to a wide variety of cultures is important as the majority of our contracts are struck in the US, with the rest focused on North Western Europe and UK - however most contracts are global deals
  • Experience selling multi-year SAAS solutions with an emphasis on the recurring revenue component of deals
  • You will be able to "show us" the scars inherent in Enterprise SAAS sales, having learned the importance of selling to a buying team, being patient and demonstrating real value to large organisations
  • You’re comfortable managing and negotiating with client side procurement teams on pricing, legal and information security
  • You manage your Salesforce impeccably and know how to move your deals through the stages to closed won status 
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quota and regularly

Here's a few things that could give you an edge: 

  • Background in HR tech, recruiting tech or e-learning 
  • Strong industry contacts in some of our key industry sectors such as Technology, Professional Services, Pharma/Biotech, Retail, RPO etc 
  • Prior experience using Salesforce, Outreach or other sales enablement tools
