Your mission
Our New Business Enterprise Account Team sells to large global organisations in specific sectors clearly defined in our Ideal Client Profile. Leads come from a mixture of inbound leads and opportunities from marketing, our Sales Development team and your own outbound efforts to a list of agreed prospect companies.

- Clearly demonstrate the incredible value that our world class solution can bring to your prospect’s business.
- Identify your prospects' top strategic objectives, paint a picture of what the future can hold and demonstrate how the SocialTalent platform can help them achieve their business objectives.
- You will do this in a very consultative manner and work as a trusted advisor with your prospective client.
- Our sales cycle for Enterprise deals is typically 6 months so a key part of this role will be securing the buy-in of a team of typically 5+ executives in areas of the business such as talent acquisition (TA), HR, L&D, Finance, Procurement & Legal.
- Work the leads and opportunities that you receive with rigour, enthusiasm and perseverance.
- Leads from our marketing team and SDR’s are a bonus and you will be expected to build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and working your network and have experience doing this.
- You will leverage our sales process and manage your opportunities through the sales cycle until you have secured your new business contract. Then you will pass your newly won client to our Enterprise Customer Experience team to manage, retain and develop.
